2010 Cabernet Sauvignon | Napa Valley

The 2010 Napa Valley Sauvignon is from yet another cool vintage in the Napa Valley. The 100% clone 4 fruit utilized in this wine came through beautifully with deep dark extracted color and a wonderfully complex nose of ripe red fruits and hints of toasty caramel from the new French oak barrels. Bright and lively flavors and a nice backbone of fruit acid will allow for many years of graceful aging.

2012 Chardonnay | Napa Valley

The amazingly wonderful 2012 vintage gave us the perfect vintage to work with the stunning old vine Chardonnay from the Sangiacomo Home Ranch vineyard. These fantastic old vines planted in the 1970′s in one of the coolest areas of Carneros were harvested with moderate sugar and vibrant acidity. Loaded with green apples and pineapple followed by lemon zest and refreshing minerality. The finish is long and bright while offering delicious complexity from spending time in the finest of new French oak.

2009 Nebbiolo | El Dorado County

The incredible nose on the 2009 Nebbiolo illustrates all that is amazing about this fascinating varietal. Beautiful notes of blackberries and cranberry, followed by hints of licorice and a complex layer of exotic spices. As to be expected, the nose continues to evolve in the glass and shows off it’s wonderful layers of complexity.

2009 Dolcetto | El Dorado County

Deep purple with brilliant garnet reflections in the glass. The bouquet is that of violets, blueberry, and raspberry but it is so multifaceted there are hints of can berry and licorice lurking in the background. Substantially full bodied and perfect with the heartiest of grilled meats and always perfect with spicy pasta arrabiata.

The 2010 Vioblanc is a delightful summer sip of a wine featuring the fragrantly dancing bouquet and refreshing zing of dry Chenin Blanc blended with the more complex and slightly more serious Viognier.
